The Peoples Democratic Party, PDP has added its voice to the current “budget padding” impasse in the House of Representatives.
In a statement released on Monday by its Director, New Media, Deji Adeyanju the party said that the “revelations” made by a former chairman of the appropriation committee in the House, Abdulmumin Jibrin, raises more questions than answers.
The statement wondered if President Buhari was aware “that the budget he presented to NASS was “padded” by his ministers & presidential aides as Hon. Jibrin alleged in his interviews?”
