President Muhammadu Buhari will preside over the Federal Executive Council (FEC) meeting on Wednesday, according to Daily Trust.
The President has not attended the last three FEC meetings, fuelling speculation about his health.
According to the newspaper, the president’s itinerary for this week showed he would be available for the meeting on Wednesday.

“All is now set for Mr President to preside over tomorrow’s (today’s meeting of the federal executive council. I can confirm to you very strongly that Mr President will be at the Council Chambers for FEC meeting tomorrow (today),” a source told Daily Trust.
Buhari on Tuesday resumed duties as he met with the Attorney-General of the Federation, Abubakar Malami and the Group Managing Director of the Nigeria National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC), Maikanti Baru.
Also on Tuesday, the president’s wife said her husband’s health was not as serious as was being reported in the media.
