Kennis Music songstress, Essence Okoro Uwale – simply known as Essence, had her car jacked around Egbeda area of Lagos today Sunday September 4, 2011. According to a twitter update by the singer’s label mate, Kenny Saint Brown, the ‘Facebook Love’ crooner lost her Nissan Ultima this morning.

“My girl Essence [just] had her car stolen. A Silver/Gold Nissan Ultima. Reg: CD 674 AKD. Do keep an eye out for it [and] alert us if you see it,” Kenny Saint Brown tweeted from her handle, @kennysaintbrown.
