Veteran sports journalist, Godwin Spiff-Sagbama is dead.

His death was confirmed today by fellow sports journalist, Ade Ojeikere.

The exact cause of his death is not confirmed but sources say the University of Ilorin graduate died of a brain related disease.

Spiff-Sagbama was a presenter on the popular programme, Sports Business on African Independent Television network as an independent producer.

He was the Managing Director of sports marketing company, Hally Sports International.

May his soul rest in peace.
