Nigerian singer, Seyi Shay joined other famous celebrities around the world for a video remake of Wannabe – the classic 1996 hit by UK’s iconic girl-group, Spice Girls.
Organised by Project Everyone in partnership with Getty Images and SAWA (the global cinema advertising association), the video is all part of a Global Goals campaign to raise awareness for gender equality in all necessary ramifications.
the international stars featurd include Gigi Lamayne and Monoea (South Africa), Bollywood actress Jacqueline Fernandez (Sri Lanka) M.O (UK) Taylor Hatala (Canada) and Larsen Thompson (USA)
The video which was directed by MJ Delaney and produced by Moxie Pictures comes in time for the 20th anniversary since the release of Spice Girls’ Wannabe music video.
