Members of the Muslim sect, Shiite have taken to the streets of Bauchi, Potiskum in Yobe State and Birnin Gwari in Kaduna State to protest the death of its members following Saturday’s clash between the group and the Nigerian Army in Zaria, Kaduna state.
After the clash, the army claimed that members of the group attempted to assassinate the Chief of Army Staff (COAS), Tukur Buratai, when he visited Zaira.
