Well, he’s had a busy week.

Less than 100 friends were invited to what they thought was a graduation party for Mark Zuckerberg’s long-time girlfriend, Priscilla Chan. Instead, they watched them get married. He designed Chan’s “simple ruby” wedding ring himself, and updated his Facebook status with “married” and a wedding picture.

Zuckerberg turned 28 last Monday, the same day that Chan graduated from medical school. It is also the week after Facebook, valued at $100 billion, had it’s first public IPO, and caused a media and Internet frenzy.
