On 14 to 19 March, the 2012 Anzisha Prize Tour will kick start in Lagos, Nigeria.

The Anzisha Prize is the African Leadership Academy Centre for Entrepreneurial Leadership’s continent-wide youth innovation competition that promotes entrepreneurial projects amongst young people from age 15 to 20 in Africa.

The will be a $75,000USD cast prize to be shared amongst the 12-15 finalists and this year, there will also be a special $10,000 award given to an Anzisha finalist with a renewable energy related project.

Wennovation Hub Lagos, the official Anzisha 2012 Partner, will host four information sessions on Thursday 15 March at 10am and 1pm and on Saturday 17 March at 11am and 2pm.
