No matter how often we scream about sexual abuse, we still come across stories that shock us still. These stories focus on molestation of children and they had us all in our feels. In one, a father literally went to bat for his daughter while in the second, a mother advocated silence.
We have to say we are tired of cover ups by African parents whenever someone in the family is caught molesting a child. Every child abuser should be treated as such- no sacred cows. Otherwise, we’ll have more persons who cannot stand the idea of their children being touched (as well they should) taking matters into their own hands- like the South African lady who killed the man she caught raping her child.
See below:
For 6 years i was sexually abused over and over again by my aunt in my father's house. Took therapy and strong outcries to God to supress the sexually misconduct that characterised my life. Wish my parents looked out for me and protected me.

Till date, i can't stand before a lady and ask her out! Can't express romantic feeling without turning to a stammarer with my hands and legs flowing with sweat like Niagara falls!
Still battling with the truama of those years my aunt raped me repeatedly!

I hate when family members try to play the family card when a member is obviously being a bastard. See how her own mother said not to tell the husband? Smh

Somebody will die? Future tense? I would have killed that bastard right there! The call to family would have been to inform them of the canal were i dumped the miserable corpse https://t.co/sk8rRvUATV
