If you take a poll, lack of electricity will feature as one of the top three problems in Nigeria. It’s that big a deal. What’s the way forward, though? We had thought Ogbeni Fashola will have the answers, seeing as he put Lagos on the map during his tenure as governor, but it has become increasingly evident that the Minister of power is stumped.
