The football world cloaks Nigerian Super Eagles goalkeeper Carl Ikeme with strength as news of his diagnosis hit social media. Wolverhampton Wanderers, the English Club Ikeme has played for his whole career, confirmed this on their Twitter page.
According to the BBC, Carl Ikeme “returned ‘abnormal blood tests’ during pre-season testing and further checks confirmed the diagnosis.”
