The controversy generated by EFCC’s latest find of $43M plus in an Ikoyi flat has been crazy. Speculations over the ownership of the money moved from Andrew Mu’Azu, former PDP chairman to Amaechi till it eventually landed at the National Intelligence Agency’s doorstep.
