News mediums, Foreign Policy and the BBC recently uncovered a major scam involving Shell Oil, Etete and the Goodluck Jonathan administration.
According to the report, members of the Jonathan administration received kickbacks for the sale of a Shell oil well. Humongous figures were flung about: 500 billion; 1.3 billion etc.
Nigerians are pretty mad about this and are venting on Twitter thus:
Good morning to everybody except those that have received credit alert to start whitewashing and sharing misinformation on the Malabo deal.

That's what I'm most enraged about. Underselling national assets for personal gain. After now, "hero", "statesman", "international profile"
