A four year old boy, Emmanuel Ore-Ofe Saheed, has been crushed to death by a cupboard around the Ayobo area of Lagos.
The tragic incident reportedly happened on September 4 at his residence on Anishere street.
The toddler was said to have been crushed under the weight of the heavy cupboard killing him instantly. The cupboard was said to have been loaded with several items adding to its weight.
The Lagos police spokesperson, DSP Ngozi Braide, who confirmed the story, said his body has been taken to the Igando General Hospital morgue for autopsy.
She said the incident is under investigation at the Ayobo police station.
