Trump accuses “fake news” of not reporting the successes of his first six months

President Donald Trump on Sunday decided to take a minute to express his frustration at how mainstream media had failed to cover the news of major successes in his six months as President of the United States, POLITICO reports.

Trump who is on a “working vacation” in New Jersey while the White House is undergoing some construction wrote on Twitter;

“The Fake News refuses to report the success of the first 6 months: S.C., surging economy & jobs, border & military security, ISIS & MS-13 etc,”

This would not be the first time Trump is making such accusations, the president has since he assumed office frequently lashed out at the media and mainstream journalists for not reporting his administration and its achievements in a favorable light.
Trump also tweeted that he just conclude a phone call with the President of China Xi Jinping and was”very happy” with the United Nations Security Council 15-0 vote on slamming harsh sanctions against North Korea. China supported the United States in voting to ban North Korean exports of coal and other materials.

President Trump would be spending most of August working from his golf course in Bedminster, New Jersey.
