Trump attacks Republican senators again

President Trump has taken a little break from the Hurricane Irma responses to dwell on the lingering Tax reform, Republicans slack in the Senate and the Filibuster Rule.

Trump during the early weeks of August was all about Senate leader, Mitch McConnell, criticising and slamming the Kentucky Senator for his failure to ramp up votes needed for Obamacare repeal and consistent falls at the Filibuster Rule.

Trump on Friday via his Twitter page took a swipe at the Congressional Republicans telling them to kick to action on tax reform and taunting their abilities to sort out all the daunting challenges before them in September.

He wrote through his Twitter page, “Republicans, sorry, but I’ve been hearing about Repeal & Replace for 7 years, didn’t happen! Even worse, the Senate Filibuster Rule will….”

In a complementary tweet, he wrote, “…never allow the Republicans to pass even great legislation. 8 Dems control – will rarely get 60 (vs. 51) votes. It is a Repub Death Wish!”

Another tweet reads, “Republicans must start the Tax Reform/Tax Cut legislation ASAP. Don’t wait until the end of September. Needed now more than ever. Hurry!”

It can be adjudged that the President is already growing frustrated with the inability of his Republican comrades to pass a significant bill ensuring one of his coveted agendas, as can be seen in his adoption of the Democrats lawmakers short-term debt ceiling hike deal over his fellow GOP leaders’ proposal – a move which has compelled Republicans to cast doubt on where the President’s loyalty lies.
