Trump names children, son-in-law, VP in transition team

US President-elect, Donald Trump has named his Vice President, Mike Pence and three of his children as members of the White House transition committee to help him pick his future cabinet.

Trump announced Friday that he was making his running mate the leader of he transition team.

“Mike will have a big role. He’s very capable,” Trump said in an interview with The Wall Street Journal.

Trump also included his son-in-law, Jared Kushner as part of the transition team.

He also included Republican National Committee chairman Reince Priebus — now tipped as a possible chief of staff.

However, thousands of Americans are still on the streets protesting the emergence of Trump as the winner of the US Presidential polls.
