@TWmagazineNG to celebrate 7 years of perfection with your favourite celebrities

by Jewel Stephen

TW Magazine, a glamorous lifestyle magazine specially created for Today’s Woman, is set to celebrate its 7th year anniversary on Sunday, 28th of September, 2014 at the Civic Centre in Lagos, Nigeria.

Numerology says the number 7 is the seeker, thinker and searcher of truth. In 7 years, TW Magazine has set itself apart by being an advocate for women and reporting the true stories of women across Africa.

This 7th year celebration will attract 7 designers (ex. House of Nwocha, House of Marie, Barouquestyle, Miss Majin, Valerie David etc.), 7 celebrity models (ex. Funke Akindele, Waje, Dakore, Munachi, Nancy Olive Aisagbhonh, Lillian Unachukwu, Toke Makinwa etc.), 7 Artists (ex. Ashley Stephanie, Cynthia Morgan, Jodie, Mo’ Chedda, Ruby Gyang, Evelle etc.)

The current issue of TW Magazine had the Publisher Adesuwa Onyenokwe grace the front cover, to celebrate her efforts to the publishing world and the impact she has made on women from all walks of life. It is no wonder why champagne brand Veuve Clicquot is the official drink sponsor of the evening celebration as it has long been known for empowering innovative and audacious women beginning with Madame Clicquot who came to the helm of the business over 200 years ago creating the successful global brand of today, and setting a standard for women in business. The brand salutes women with Madame Clicquot’s attributes of innovation, creativity and determination.

According to Adesuwa Onyenokwe “I am happy, seven years ago when I started TW Magazine, I was excited because I was seeing an interpretation…an imprint. After spending time on TV, I wanted a print that was timeless. It’s been seven years of challenges but I am happy.”

The invite-only celebration is being sponsored by Vlisco, Newton & David, Enthyst Events Limited and Veuve Cliquot.
