The president of the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU), Nasir Fagge has insisted that the strike will continue until all it’s demands are met by the Federal Government.
He said this at a press briefing in Abuja this morning.
Daily Trust reports:
ASUU president Nasir Fagge said the union “shall never be cowed.”
“We shall bow only to what we as academics are convinced will serve the interest of Nigeria and its people, no matter their ethnic, religious or class origins. This is where we stand. We shall never be cowed,” the president said.
