Government officials in Imo state are currently holding their breath while security officials search for clues to find allegedly kidnapped Nollywood actress and Special Assistant to the Imo state Governor on Public Affairs, Nkiru Sylvanus.

It’s been 24 hours now since according to reports, Sylvanus was abducted Sunday afternoon at about 2.30pm near the Concorde hotel Owerri when attending an official meeting.

So far, the kidnappers reportedly contacted the Imo State Government  and her family asking for a ransom of N100 million before her release.

The Imo state Police PRO, Vitalis Olugu however said he is yet to be informed of the kidnap.
