The Comptroller-general of the Nigerian Customs Service Hameed Ali says he will not appear before the Senate on Wednesday.
Ali said this in a letter he sent to the red chamber.
The letter read by the clerk of the Senate quoted the Customs CG as saying he would not be able to honour the Wednesday, 15th March invitation due to his NCSC meeting.
