The Senior Pastor Day Star Christian Centre, Sam Adeyemi on Saturday said Nigeria needs to change its political institutions if it is to grow to the level expected of it.
He said this at The Platform while speaking on the title “Unleashing the potentials for Wealth creation” on Saturday.
He said Nigerian leaders need to become accountable to the citizens, while stating that democracy cannot be built on unaccountable leadership.
He urged Nigerians to practice accountable leadership wherever they find themselves.
Adeyemi said he sees a Nigeria citizens are treated the same and there is value for human life.
He said, “I should say I see a developed Nigeria.
“I see a civil service that will compete with the private sector.
“I see a Nigeria where there’s value for human life. I see a Nigeria where we treat each citizen with dignity.
“The change must begin from our political institutions.”
