Oshiomhole will wed Miss Iara Fortes on Friday, May 15, 2015 at the Etsako West Local Government Council Marriage Registry in the Auchi area of the state, The Guardian reports.

The wedding reception will hold at Oshiomhole’s country home in Iyamho.

“While looking forward to the honour of your distinguished presence, I sincerely crave your pardon for the rather short notice. Please accept the renewed assurances of my highest esteem,” an invitation note signed by the governor read.

Clara Oshiomhole died in 2010 after a long fight with cancer.
