Last night, Buzzfeed posted an exclusive 2-minute long #electionnight speech from President Barack Obama.
President Obama has a special #ElectionNight message for you: "No matter what happens, the sun will rise in the morning" pic.twitter.com/OPH39vqvHE
— BuzzFeed News (@BuzzFeedNews) November 9, 2016
In the speech he says things like: “while we have certainly seen some new things this time around, our democracy has always been rowdy, ruckus …” He also admitted that progress might not be guaranteed …” What do you mean POTUS?
The most significant was his conclusion:
“Remember, no matter what happens, the sun will rise in the morning and America will still be the greatest nation on Earth.”
Was he simply being presidential or preparing a soft landing for Americans to usher in a “President Trump”?
