On the 17th of November 2018 at Freedom Park, Lagos, Comic Republic in conjunction with Lagos Fringe will bring to you, the second edition of Comic Connect Africa!
Comic Connect Africa is designed to strengthen the bond between the comic community and other diverse communities in the creative industry while empowering young artists with the needed skill to produce quality products and properly navigate the African market.
This year, the theme is tagged “Digital Art Festival” as a celebration of the successes the art community has benefited from due to digital influence.
There will be one on one comic cliniqs, panel sessions, workshops, a live digital art battle for adults and children, cosplay, video games, virtual reality as well as free movie tickets, a wacom tab and mobile phones to be won. It will be lots of fun for the whole family and that’s not all, guests get to hang out with DJ Sose at the first ever Beatz after party!
