Blue movie: Hollywood actress, Jennifer Lawrence strips for X-Men film (LOOK)

‘X-Men: Days of Future Past’ director Bryan Singer tweeted this photo from the set: ‘First look: #JenniferLawrence as a vengeful #Mystique. #XMen #DaysOfFuturePast’

Even covered in blue makeup, Jennifer Lawrence is Hollywood’s golden girl.

“X-Men: Days of Future Past” director Bryan Singer tweeted a first look photo of his 22-year-old starlet in full body makeup (and little else) as the mutant Mysique on the set Monday.

Lawrence is reprising her role from 2011’s “X-Men: First Class” — playing a younger version of the anti-heroine made famous by Rebecca Romijn in the original “X-Men” movies.

Singer has been giving fans tantalizing sneak peeks from the Montreal set in recent weeks, including a photo of Hugh Jackman back in his Wolverine sideburns and groovy ‘70s shirt. He also posted a picture taken aboard a private jet with franchise newcomer Peter Dinklage reading a script. Dinklage’s bushy ‘stache seems to be a visual confirmation that the “Game of Thrones” star will play the dimunative acrobat Puck in “Days of Future Past.”

The movie’s plot is loosely based on a popular storyline of the same name by writer Chris Claremont and artist John Byrne during their “X-Men” run. In the tale, present and future versions of the X-Men are linked by an assassination of a key senator that sets off a chain of events leading to a dystopian future where mutants are hunted into virtual extinction.

The film features the return of Ian McKellen and Patrick Stewart as Magneto and Professor X — the roles they made famous in Singer’s earlier “X-Men” movies — alongside Michael Fassbender and James McAvoy, the actors who played the younger versions of those characters in the 2011 prequel.

“X-Men: Days of Future Past” hits theaters in July 2014.
