Chelsea’s new manager Antonio Conte has made his first move and it is massive.

The English club have reportedly secured the signature of AS Roma midfield-enforcer –Radja Nainggolan.

Goal reports that Chelsea have offered £28 million for the Belgium international, following his verbal agreement to sign a five-year deal with them in the summer.
