Staff of Radisson Blu Hotel, Victoria Island, Lagos, have taken to the streets to protest the mass sack of all the workers of the company.
The workers met a rude shock when they resumed for work on Monday, January 26, and learnt that they’ve all been sacked by the hotel’s management.
The employees claim they were sacked after expressing interest in establishing a union “as workers of the company” and for demanding their entitlement.
They accused Radisson Blu management of not paying them any form of entitlement in the past four years, as well as not giving them loan facilities.
