The case between Nollywood producer, Omoni Oboli and Canadian-based script writer, Jude Idada involving the allegation of theft of the script of the former’s movie, Okafor’s Law will be heard at a Federal High Court sitting today.

Recall that Idada had sought an injunction from the court to halt the premiere of the film last Friday and Justice Ibrahim Buba of the Federal High Court had ordered the removal of every material bearing Okafor’s Law from distribution channels.

Omoni Oboli has yet to comment on the matter save for the speech she gave at the failed premiere where she reiterated her ownership of the said script.

Co-starring Akin Lewis, Tana Adelana, Yaw and others, this new flick was directed by the veteran Teco Benson.
