The last time the Naija ninja worked with Wizkid on a track, we got ‘Kokose’ and we were grateful for it was a clubbanger.

Now Sound Sultan has announced that something new is in the works and it is produced by Masterkraft.

It doesn’t come as a surprise considering Wizkid has been working with Masterkraft on making back to back hits since he arrived the country.

 

50 cent threatens to take ‘Power’ away from Starz

It appears 50 cent is not pleased with the network airing his TV series, Power.

In an Instagram post on Monday, the rapper who plays Kanan on the show and doubles as its Executive Producer threatened he might to yank Power off Starz.

In what may have been less obvious to the audience, Power’s 6th episode which aired on Sunday was out of line.

Showrunner, Courtney Kemp-Agboh said the episode lost some story elements as Starz didn’t agree to extend it to a two-parter as originally planned, but rather packed too many things in that one episode.

 

Pulitzer Prize winner, Sam Shepard dies at 73

Sam Shepard who is described as the greatest American playwright of his time has died at the age of 73.

He passed on Sunday in his Kentucky home surrounded by family after a battle with ALS.

Shepard won a Pulitzer prize in 1979 for his play “Buried Child” and was nominated for an Oscar for another play he wrote.

He has featured in movies including Black Hawk Down and Netflix’s Bloodline.

 

Adekunle Gold releases new visuals

Just days ago, Orente singer, Adekunle Gold celebrated the first anniversary of his debut album, Gold and now he’s back with something fresh for his fans.

The video for his latest single ‘Call on Me’ dropped on Monday. It was shot in West Hollywood, Downtown Los Angeles by Moyo Oyelola and it sees Adekunle Gold walking the streets of LA searching for a mysterious woman, intertwined with beautiful scenes of various mazes and puzzles.

Adekunle Gold is gearing up for the release of his second studio album ‘About 30’ which will be released in 2018.
