From getting cosy with each other at Clive Davis’ pre-Grammy party last month to being spotted together at the Vanity Fair Oscars’ after-party alongside the comic’s mum, Nigerian/American actress Megalyn Echikunwoke and Chris Rock have sparked dating rumours.

However Megalyn has come out to shut-down these rumours saying she is ‘too busy’ for romance at the moment.

She revealed this to Hip Hollywood in a video interview at the just concluded Oscars after being quizzed on the incessant rumours.

”I am too busy for a romance. Yeah I have work to do.” Megalyn told Hip Hollywood.

She also added that she finds the people fueling the rumours quite funny and jobless.

“I think its funny that people don’t have anything better to do. But hey, if you want to talk about me go right ahead. I’m pretty interesting I guess.” She told the website.
