Last weekend at Next Cafe, inside the Silverbird Galleria, Koller Tunz, a wave making entertainment and music record label unveiled Flowssickk. Just 18 years of age, Flowssickk has quickly been tagged the next big thing in music circles. Forget the cliché. On the strength of his showing at the event, yet another uber-talented artiste has been ushered into our consciousness.
The event was dubbed ‘I am Flowssickk’ and was anchored by the restless and engaging Denrele Edun, now a VJ for Channel O. Flowssickk didn’t entertain the crowd all by himself. Supporting him were Shank, Tunde Ednut, Davido, Dammy Krane, L.O.S, Yemi Alade, Vector, Yokee, Classic, Ruby, Willie Bang, Phenon, Oj Smalls and Christine.
Popular Inspiration FM On-air-personality, Dan Foster was also in the house. “There is nothing like new talent,” he remarked. “You never can know if you will be the next super star, so always strive to bring out what you have. I could be playing your single next on the radio. You never can tell.”
Flowssickk, who is also known as Kid Preddy does music that cuts across genres like hip hip, reggae and dance hall. He has endeared himself to music lovers because of his unique style and dynamism.
