The Federal Government approved the whistleblowing policy on Thursday. The point of the policy is to encourage individuals who have authentic information on financial misconduct and misappropriation of funds to come forward and report to the government.
The new policy has a catch though; and that is the percentage offered to the whistleblower – up to 5% of the recovered loot.
But spokesperson to former President Goodluck Jonathan, Reno Omokri has a question:
With President Buhari's new policy, will @DinoMelaye get ₦13.5 million for exposing the SGF's alleged ₦270 million grass cutter corruption?
