President Trump in reaction to Senate Republicans failure to repeal Obamacare, tweeted early Friday expressing his disappointment.
Trump wrote; “3 Republicans and 48 Democrats let the American people down. As I said from the beginning, let ObamaCare implode, then deal. Watch!”

In a dramatic vote early Friday morning, 3 Republican senators joined 48 Democrats to vote against the Obamacare repeal, dealing a huge blow to the GOP’s 7-year ambition to repeal and replace the 2010 Affordable Healthcare act.
Senator John McCain, Lisa Murkowski, and Susan Collins joined all 48 Democrats to reject the Republicans’ skinny repeal plan, sinking it with a vote of 49-51. McCain whose return had been seen as a symbol of hope for the Republican side had no qualms about his decision, saying, “I do my job as a senator,” and I voted against Obamacare repeal bill “because I thought it was the right vote”. McCain’s “NO” was received with an audible gap throughout the chamber leaving his colleagues and even Democrats stunned by his vote.
