No shaking, Buhari will contest the presidential election

A Federal High Court in Abuja has adjourned all the suits challenging the eligibility of presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress, Maj. Gen. Muhammadu Buhari, to contest the presidential election.

Justice Adeniyi Ademola adjourned till April 22 and 23, after dismissing applications by two intended parties to join the suit as defendants.

The parties are; human right activists, Mr. Chukwuma Ochu who is a member of the APC in Rivers State, and Mr. Ebun-Olu Adegboruwa from Lagos state, applied to be joined as interested parties in the matter.

‎The judge said the adjournment would affect all the pending suits against Buhari in his court.

Consequently, Buhari is free to participate in Saturday’s election, unhindered.
