Former President Olusegun Obasanjo, has shed some insight into his standpoint regarding the appointments of President Muhammadu Buhari and his performance since his inauguration.
Obasanjo was quoted by Premium Times, as saying that he is satisfied with Buhari’s appointments, and that there is no cause for alarm, just yet.
“I am reasonably satisfied with his performance so far, and I can’t see any reason that will make me raise any alarm at this time”.
Obasanjo also revealed that his visit to Buhari last week, was to brief him on his trip to Guinea Bissau.
“He appointed me as his envoy to Guinea Bissau, so I needed to see him to discuss the issue of Guinea Bissau and other national matters,” he said.
