‘One Dance’ earns Drake a place in history alongside Michael Jackson, Whitney Houston and the Beatles

Since One Dance was released, it’s been breaking and setting records chart-wise.

Drake probably never knew he would also be tying a music record with Micheal Jackson, and now he has earned that bragging right.

The Wizkid and Kyla assisted song alongside his Views albums just entered its 8th week at the top of the Billboard Hot 100 and Hot 200 charts and this makes Drake the second male ever to have the No. 1 song and album in the country for seven weeks.

The only other male artiste to have this record is Michael Jackson who achieved the same feat back in 1983 with Billie Jean and Thriller.

It gets more legendary from here.

The Beatles and Whitney Houston are the only two other acts in the Billboard chart history to ever achieve this so Drake is now rubbing shoulders with the greats.
