Yes, we’re through with Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes, and it’s back to the familiar: Kris Humphries and Kim Kardashian.

Kris Humphries is prepared to do anything to build a divorce case against his now estranged wife, Kim. He has accused her of getting into the marriage for fame and money, not love.

According to RadarOnline, the petite reality star ordered the hulking 6-foot-9-inch basketball player to get out of the way of her photo ops at red carpet events so that photographers would be able to get as many photos of her in her “stylish outfits” as possible.

“Kris plans on testifying at the upcoming divorce trial that Kim would often tell him to get out of the shot when photographers would descend upon them”. He says Kim was always complaining about his height which she says blocks the paparazzi from taking good pictures of her. “Kim would get very upset if he didn’t move quickly enough.”

Though you’ll agree that it’d be pretty difficult to build a case on this piece of testimony, Kris is determined to hold on to it. It has been reported that Humphries’ legal team wants him to appear heartbroken over the dissolution of his marriage, but new rumors that his ex-girlfriend Myla Sinanaj is pregnant with his child aren’t helping his case.

These are rumours his ex-girlfriend has since denied by posting a picture of herself on Twitter and tweeting: “Uhhh ooooo Loook No baby bump!”

When asked about the pregnancy rumours, she said, “I am definitely not pregnant.”
