Read2Rise Initiative, in conjunction with Spicy Media Solutions (SMS), C.R.E.A.T.I.V (a UK-based Charity Org.) and L.O.T.S (Love on the Streets), presents ‘CelebrityRead Africa, the (Special) 8th Edition’! This edition holds at 3pm on Saturday 30th April 2011 at Terra Kulture, Victoria Island, Lagos.

“Come watch our special celebrities read off their favorite book, alongside invited authors! And get the chance to chitchat and network with them, the students and their fans amidst so much media glitz and grandeur,” says the media representative of CelebrityRead. There will be also be poetry and live musical performances by: Deji Williams (UK-based), Melony, Strings, Eleri and Eclipse. There will be food (courtesy Speedmeals Mobile Kitchen), and simplicity Craft Academy (a vocational training center) would be giving away 10 discount vouchers on upcoming courses.

Reading will be Ali Baba, Sound Sultan,  Andre Blaze and Bisila Bokoko, with special guest authors
