Thanks to our Citizen Correspondent, Paul Ukonu, here is a report with very intriguing pictures from the rally in the Federal Capital territory which took place yesterday, 11 January.

 Ukonu who has followed the protest from the beginning was shocked to see top business men, bankers and consultants show up at the rally.

“They actually sleep in Wuse 2 singing the National anthem every hour. It shocked me cause I thought I would see touts and all,” he said.

The popular junction in Wuse 2 has now been christened ‘Freedom Square’ – it is between ASCON filling station and chicken.
