All appeared to be calm in one of the collation centers of the Independent National Electoral Commission in Rivers state, as the electoral officers went about their task unhindered, until the sudden appearance of Azubuike Nwanjoku, a member of the All Progressives Congress.

“Where is my money,” Nwanjoku, a former Rivers lawmaker shouted at the INEC officer.

“Where is my fucking money,” Nwanjoku repeated, hitting his hands on the table.

“Have have you seen me before?, apart from that day, have you seen me?” was the INEC officers weak reply, as Nwanjoku queried him about the said money and attempted to pull away the table -on which the officer was working.
