This “up-cycling” while he names his repurposed fashion,
provides decommissioned military excess, such as tents, ponchos,
and parachutes, a different lifestyle as award-winning outerwear.
Most of the material is decades old and could be
found stored in army warehouses and army excess stores all over the world.
It is one more instance of the change of recycling, since it extends its reach to include unique materials, and in the procedure,
uses the imagination of those from different areas.
