Sweet victory: Army releases pictures after smashing Boko Haram in Konduga

Our military has made good its promise to release pictures showing the defeat and seizure of arms belonging to the dreaded Islamic group, Boko Haram in Konduga, Borno State.

The Defence Headquarters had yesterday announced the killing of over one hundred militants in the fight for the soul of the North-east state.

Colonel Timothy Antigha of Army Public Relations Directorate said that the military took over several equipment belonging to the Boko Haram fighters. Three Hilux and one Buffalo vehicles with mounted anti-aircraft guns, three General Purpose Machine guns, over 30 AK 47 rifles and two global positioning systems were recovered.
