There are people reading this now who are going through pain and whose hearts are hurting. To some, it may be a shameful thing to admit that you are lonely, or uncomfortable with your size, or admit that you are insecure.
I have been there and I know that there is nothing shameful about being human. There is nothing shameful about going through doubt and other things that are part of the human experience.
“I am human, nothing human is alien to me”, Maya Angelou reminds us. Focus instead on how to be better every day. On how to love yourself deeper every day.
