Today, residents of the ‘island’ were reminded that all it takes is a little body of water to revert to the status quo nature designed. The brilliant ones devised new methods of getting from one place to the other by swimming and kayaking.
This isn’t the worst of Lagos floods, though. History buffs recall that one year like that, Lagos practically shut down. Folks also recall the damage the floods brought with them. One thing is clear, we d not learn from our past.
