The Association of Nigerian Electricity Distributors argued that had the Federal Government taken action against the Nigerian Air Force operatives who attacked Ikeja Electric on March 6, their counterparts in the Nigerian Army might not have felt emboldened to assault an Eko Disco injection substation in Badagry on March 14.

“There were flaws in the last amended Electoral Act,” Akpabio confirmed.
