Trump, Melania leave for Florida to inspect effect of Hurricane Irma

Just like he disclosed on Wednesday, President Trump is on his way to Florida alongside wife and First Lady, Melania Trump to inspect and encourage the ongoing efforts of relief workers and national guards and also show solidarity and sympathise with the citizens of the sunshine state following the devastation unleashed by Hurricane Irma which made landfall in the Florida Keys on Sunday morning.

He wrote through a tweet, “Am leaving now for Florida to see our GREAT first responders and to thank the U.S. Coast Guard, FEMA etc. A real disaster, much work to do!”

The first lady also disclosed through a tweet that she is taking off with the President to visit Florida.

Florida experienced the highest evacuation in history after about 8 million of its citizens were advised to evacuate their homes to prevent casualties in the wake of the Atlantic storm which ravaged the state including the Caribbeans and caused billions of dollars in damages.
