All roads lead to the prestigious Eko Hotel on 17 March 2012, as the much awaited film titled ‘Phone Swap’ from Kunle Afolayan launches.

Wth an array of  award winning stars like Joke Silva, Chika Okpala, NSE Ikpe-Etim, Wale Ojo among others, the movie is expected to hit the big screen to an audience of over 2000 people from the world of Business and Entertainment.

“Phone Swap which is the Company’s third feature film has been positioned to surpass the success of the last two produced by the outfit and possibly would win an Oscar” said Chaste Inegbedion, the event’s associate producer. “Mr Afolayan breaks all records with Phone Swap as this is the first time a movie premiere will hold at the extra-luxurious Expo hall of Eko Hotel and Suites . After the premiere, the movie moves to the cinemas where it will be shown all over the globe before it is final release on DVD for home entertainment.”

From the stables of Golden Effects Pictures and produced by Kunle Afolayan, it’s a twisting story of two individuals from two different backgrounds who began a new phase in their lives after having their phones swapped.

Phone Swap is supported by Globacom (the telecoms company which has Kunle Afolayan as one of its brand ambassadors) and Blackberry.

Kunle Afolayan’s earlier self-directed projects are the critically-acclaimed ‘Irapada’ and ‘Figurine’.
