A Nigerian X Factor contestant has been disqualified and kicked out of the contest after he was involved in a backstage scuffle.
Kazeem Ajobe, a member of the group Rough Copy, was thrown out of the finalist stage because of his misbehaviour.
Ajobe was previously banned from the judges’ houses stage of the contest due to visa issues which led to his team mates being disqualified.
Kazeem was born in Nigeria but was resident in South London at the time and he had a pending application for leave to remain in the UK so he couldn’t travel out of the country.
He rejoined the three member group after his mentor, Gary Barlow of the music group “Take That” intervened on his behalf.
Ajobe will now leave band mates Sterling Ramsay and Joseph Thomas to finish the tour as a duo.
