There has been a face-off involving Super Eagles coach, Sunday Oliseh and captain Vincent Enyeama, in the team’s camp in Belgium.
Goal.com reports that Enyeama arrived late to camp after Monday’s deadline.
The goalkeeper was permitted to report late in camp as a result of the burial of his mother in Akwa Ibom.
Following the rift between Oliseh and Enyeama, winger, Ahmed Musa was reportedly named captain.
Meanwhile, sports reporter, Muyiwa Lawal tweeted that the situation between coach and captain was so bad, that Enyeama was kicked out of the team’s hotel.
Breaking!! Drama at Super Eagles camp!!! Oliseh kicks out Vincent Enyama from camp. Security operatives called to remove Enyama (1)

Oliseh is wrong the way he kicked Enyama out. They were looking to punish him for not playing last game. Enyeama deserves more respect (2) — MuyiwaLawal Report24 (@MuyiwaLawal) October 6, 2015
Enyeama rose to apologise for coming late/ wantd to give his reason but was told to shutUp & leave. Enyama didnt comply, security was called

Clarification: Oliseh first sacked Enyeama before making Musa his captain. The issue was “NOT” over captaincy but over Enyeama’s lateness.

The way this captaincy was announced is very amateurish IMHO. It puts Musa under immense pressure. He’ll have to be tough inOrder to survive — MuyiwaLawal Report24 (@MuyiwaLawal) October 6, 2015
However, the Nigeria Football Federation insist that Enyeama is still with the team in camp in Belgium.
NFF acknowledged the fact that there was a misunderstanding in camp, but maintained that the conflict between Oliseh and Enyeama had been resolved
